From a central location, Facebook Gameroom’s easy to use interface, you have access to a wide range of free and paid games that you can download and play. Facebook Gameroom is a desktop application that works with Windows 7 and newer. Installing the application on your PC isn’t enough though. The main difference between Steam and Facebook Gameroom is that the first is for serious gamers while the latter is for casual players.

The games presented on Facebook Gameroom are available on Facebook as well. But by using the Gameroom client, you don’t have to fire up your browser. You can play games in a dedicated app instead of playing them in your browser.
